1. Assessment Fees are nonrefundable.
2. Payment by credit card must be made through stripe.
    2.1 SERA uses Stripe as a platform for receiving credit card payments. SERA does not store any of the client's credit card information, and the payment information will only be submitted directly to Stripe for one-time payment processing. Stripe provides the technology needed to accept payments online, the technology to avoid credit card fraud, and the banking infrastructure. When the client pays by credit card, the client agrees and accepts the use of Stripe to provide services and accept all the terms of the institution. For information on Stripe, visit stripe.com.
3. In case of any disputes, SERA reserves the right of final decision. If you breach any clause, we may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving you a written notice.
4. Any extra costs arising from or related to any delays in the completion of the Engagement stemming from the failure of the Client to duly make available to the Consultant the requested information and documentation, shall be fully borne by the Client.
5. If you would like to make a change to an order or service, additional fees may be incurred, 10% service charge for each time.
6. Selected candidates of the Fellowship Scheme must share the Administrative Fee after passing the final review by the judging panel of SERA, otherwise, they will be disqualified.

2. You are requested to settle the account within 7 working days after placing the order.
3. In case of any disputes, SERA reserves the right of final decision. If you breach any clause, we may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving you a written notice.
