Before the pandemic, DTC organized regular staff get-togethers but continues to maintain employee engagement through online activities currently.
Besides donating to several charity organizations, DTC partnered with a number of community programmes in Singapore, China and Vietnam. Employees at DTC are encouraged to volunteer and several employees regularly volunteer in various food distribution programmes.
As DTC’s business continue to grow in Singapore and in the new regional offices, additional headcount was needed to manage operational activities. Appropriate development and training are essential for all employees to be better equipped to contribute effectively and at optimal levels to DTC’s performance.

DTC’s corporate social responsibility approach is instilled with the culture of giving back to their communities in need. In FY2020, DTC contributed to several charity organisations and worked with a number of community programmes in Singapore such as Sharella where excess stock of umbrellas were distributed and FoodBank, where DTC donated anti-bacterial cloth masks and food supplies.
