Ms. Wendy Wan is Executive Chair-Lady of Trendy Fashion Manufacturing Company Ltd, who also founded the Care of Rehabilitated Offenders Association in Hong Kong since 2002, aiming to provide the skills for the rehabilitated personnel and assist them to rehab in the society.

The Care of Rehabilitated Offenders Association (CROA) was founded to encourage the continuing education of persons in custody and donated over $10 million to the Correctional Services Department since it foundation to 2016. Its aim is to provide financial assistance directly by the money donated to needy prisoners to pay for education / vocational training courses, distance learning courses, public examination fees, textbooks, study aids and educational resources.
