中石化(香港)有限公司(以下简称中石化香港)成立于1989年。截至2016年底,公司资产总额达到253.7亿元;在港员工人数近1000人。公司主要资产包括现有油(气)站46座,遍布港九各区;船舶11艘,其中远洋船6艘;油库3座,其中香港地区设有油库2座,海南洋浦库1座。经过多年努力,中石化香港发展成为香港五大石油公司之一,是香港重要的能源供货商和亚太知名的油品贸易商,为香港能源供应以及安全安全提供保障,为香港社会发展和民生提供动力和服务。

重视环保公益——成立沙滩关注组

秉承“为美好生活加油”的企业使命,中石化香港在打造环保油站以及供应洁净、环保的产品外,亦高度重视环保公益事业。自2012年起,公司自发组建「香港沙滩及郊野公园关注组」,号召同事和亲友周末参与义务清洁活动。至今已发起「净滩行动」30余次,共500多人次参与,清理了新界、离岛地区沙滩及郊野公园大量垃圾。「关注组」的公益行动受到环保署、渔农护理署等政府部门和市民的肯定和支持。

凝聚正能量——积极参与慈善及义工活动

中石化香港积极参与慈善事业,自2015年,油站便利店引入质量卓越的西藏冰川天然水─「卓玛泉」,并将该泉水的部分收益捐予西藏地区援助教育及文化保育工作。

多来年,油气站网络还持续摆放捐款箱为慈善机构募集善款。近年与「香港导盲犬服务中心」、「宣明会」、「红十字会」、「伸手助人协会」、「艺恒爱心行动」、「奥比斯」及「苗圃行动」等合作,筹集善款超过60万港元。此外,中石化香港也鼓励同事工余时间参与“苗圃助学长征”国内步行筹款。

因此,「香港社会服务联会」连续9年颁赠「商界展关怀」称号予中石化香港,以表扬我们积极参与慈善及义工活动,以及对关怀小区、关怀环境的承担。


金朝陽集團有限公司


金朝陽集團以熱誠為本,致力履行我們的社會責任。集團熱心參與各項公益活動,關懷弱勢社群,積極支持可持續發展,提倡綠色生活,以行動將關愛傳送到不同階層,為建立和諧美好的香港盡一分力。集團致力回饋社會,年內贊助了由香港離島婦聯舉辦之「東涌青少年步操樂團演奏會2014」,為東涌青少年提供步操樂團訓練及表演機會,積極支持社會文化交流。

集團於二零一四年十二月參與「樂跑香港悅動我心」城市樂跑賽,並捐贈善款予合作機構—世界自然(香港)基金會,用於支持自然資源保育及教育工作。為協助本港有需要家庭及兒童,集團贊助了「2014/2015香港公益金港島、九龍區百萬行」,善款將轉贈予「家庭及兒童福利服務」的社福機構,為有需要家庭提供輔導及支援。

另外,集團更關注內地貧困學童及山區人民的需要,年內捐贈香港心連大地攝影會,贊助「2014 年甘肅水源項目」,善款用作興建甘肅省的水源項目,徹底解決該區村民的安全用水問題。

有賴管理層及員工上下齊心積極回饋社會,集團得到香港離島婦女聯會提名予以表揚,獲香港社會服務聯會頒發「商界展關懷」榮譽,聯同旗下成員公司及物業項目合共獲得多項嘉許,足證集團多年來對履行社會責任的熱忱及努力備受認同,肩負社會企業責任。

Care for the environment

ManpowerGroup takes a practical approach to environmental responsibility in our operations around the world. In Hong Kong, we have established successful practices in daily operations for environmental protection: reducing waste and adopting 4R policies (reduce, reuse, recycle and replace) for materials. In every office, single-sided paper will is recycled for re-use. In electric devices, we use products with approved ‘Energy Labels’ to reduce energy waste. Even at our annual celebration banquet, shark fin-free or sustainable seafood menus mandatory. To reduce carbon emissions, most of our computing equipment contains ‘Energy Star’ labels.

Care for our employees, as well as their families

We recognize employees as an important asset. Keeping employees inspired and healthy is our top priority. We create a culture of wellness and help our colleagues achieve a healthy work-life balance. As such, we offer paid leave in addition to that specified in the Employment Ordinance, including “Birthday Leave” and “Pro Family Leave” which allows employees to focus on home matters, spend more time with their family and build a happier familial environment, be it attendance of their child’s first day of school, sports day, or for quality time with their family.

Moreover, to create a workplace that enables all employees to stay healthy, fruit is distributed regularly to all employees.

Education to put job-seekers on the path to employability

As part of ManpowerGroup Workforce Employability Initiative, we have partnered with multiple organizations to educate jobseekers on the skills and capabilities needed by employers now and into the future. From year-to-year, we participate in résumé consultation and other educational programs and events with nonprofit and private groups such as high schools, colleges, universities and the like in Hong Kong. All told, such initiatives connect thousands of job seekers to the path of career opportunity.

Since 2009, we have cooperated with Junior Achievement, one of the largest global NGOs to help hundreds of students equip themselves to enroll in the ‘Solar Project,’ organised by local media group, RTHK. Our staff uses their expertise to unleash teen potential by being volunteers and mentors in sharing work-readiness skills to students, with a view to building the confidence needed to face challenge and transform their future.

Hotels.com embraces its corporate citizenship by organising and participating in various activities and initiatives that benefit the well-being of the environment and communities.

In 2016, Hotels.com partnered with various charity organisations as well as NGOs to organise a diverse range of activities for its staff and their families to participate in. Our CSR initiatives revolves around environment sustainability, youth support and community contribution.

Environment sustainability
On contributing to the preservation of the environment, the Hotels.com team joined up with Hong Kong Cleanup and went on a field trip on Lamma Island with a cleaning beach activity. A similar activity was held at Stanley Beach a few years back as well.

Youth support
The youth are the pillars of tomorrow; therefore, it is essential that we nurture them, support them and provide them with a harmonic, sustainable environment to grow up in. To support the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Hotels.com volunteered and joined the Flag Day to raise money for the children and youth serving organisation.

Community contribution
The community Hotels.com serves is made up of different groups of people, including those who are less fortunate and are underprivileged. Hotels.com believes that the act of giving allows us to touch and improve the lives of people, but also empowers us – the giver – with joy and positivity. Per invitation by the Hotels.com Hong Kong Charity Committee, staff donated items to the Crossroads Foundation, a Hong Kong-based NGO, to help the underprivileged in Hong Kong.

Disaster Relief
Hotels.com Hong Kong also pays close attention to the news and happenings of surrounding economies. In 2016, Japan saw one of the worst earthquakes in Kumamoto. The disaster devastated the area, prompting our staff to spring into action to aid the relief effort. In a fundraising event organised by the Hong Kong Charity Committee, all Hotels.com staff donated to the cause. In addition, to acknowledge the kindness of fellow colleagues, a team of staff members prepared homemade food to serve the donors at the event.

In another fundraising event hosted by Hong Kong Charity Committee, Hotels.com was invited to support the Nepal Education Initiative Organisation, a charitable organisation founded by volunteers who are actively working to improve education in geographically disadvantage regions. The money raised by Hotels.com will be used to support the children education in Nepal.

Previously, Hotels.com also worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF) for a multitude of campaigns, such as the “I Like MSF Campaign” and the MSF Orienteering event, which Hotels.com took part for three years. Hotels.com was also named Caring Company for two years.

Looking forward, Hotels.com will continue serving the community to the best of its capabilities and remain focused in creating long-term social and environmental value for our stakeholders, including our staff and customers in Hong Kong.

過往曾與明愛有關機構推動社區青少年就業機會,青少年為主要服務對象,故此計劃的宗旨是協助離校的青少年,希望他們能夠在投身工作前可以有一個裝備自己的機會,亦提供一個較包容的環境給予邊緣青少年學習應有態度。

持續發展計劃: 為服務長者和弱勢社群推行一個(和氣慳財計劃)提供免費單頭煮食爐具,以及長者石油氣優惠,定期探訪及定期安全檢查爐具。

何文田循道衛理楊震幼兒學校


何文田循道衛理楊震幼兒學校一直秉持辦學團體以基督愛人的精神,培養學生獲得靈、德、智、體、群、美六育均衡而全面的發展。學校提倡愛護大自然,珍惜地球資源,把環境教育融入課程。學校曾獲得第六屆香港綠色學校獎(幼兒學校組)之最傑出表現獎。學校設有回收箱、種植區,教導學生節省資源,利用廢物發揮創意,設計不同物件美化學校環境,積極培育環保概念。學校更在社區推廣環保訊息,鼓勵更多人積極參與環保。


國際華商協進會


本會於一九八六年,三十年來本會的發展歷程,相當大部分,充分反映了海峽兩岸四地經貿交流的發展史。
本會為促進海峽兩岸乃至全球華商的經濟交流合作,做了諸多歷史性的創舉,率先舉辦增進兩岸四地交流的大型產品展覽會:策劃、組織海外各地華商與兩岸企業進行經貿洽談及研討會;資助多間大學,免費為大陸各省市經貿主管,開辦多次高級管理研究班;牽頭組織兩岸仲介機構;多次組團實地考察兩岸投資環境,策劃並推動多項大型開發建設項目;積極參與兩岸慈善公益事業。這一系列工作,將各地華商及兩岸四地的互動關係,建立在被受肯定的模式與軌道上。

今年本會已舉辦了一系列的慈善活動,例如:「國際華商協進會慈善音樂會」 – 贊助「齊惜福」、提供給基層兒童的話劇「愛在漢源、源於中文」、「暑期免費英語課程 – Journey to the West」及捐建山西亨達希望小學等,來年更希望能辦些幫助老人家的活動。

展望未來,本會將繼續按照一貫的宗旨–促進全球華商與海峽兩岸之經貿交流與合作,立足兩岸四地、團結全球華商、促進港台經貿合作,擴大商務交流,為兩岸和平發展、團結共贏克盡己任,為國際投資合作搭建良好平台。
